Now, I know eating citrus in the Winter isn't anything new, really. But it's new to me!
All Summer I ate so much fruit and I felt so great! When Fall and Winter came, I thought fruit season was over for me. How wrong I was!
I've been eating grapefruits, oranges, and all sorts of smaller citrus (What even is the difference between tangelos, tangerines, clementines, satsumas, etc...?) and it's doing my body good.
I try to buy USA grown, organic fruits, but if anyone knows anything else I should keep a look out for, please let me, know.
Anyone else starting new eating routines?
