I've been wanting to do a "What I Ate in a Day" for a while. Bit every time I start one, I forget to take pics half way through! This was the closest I have gotten so far.
Starting the day with coffee, of course! I drank is black this day bc I had run out of homemade oat milk.
Then toast and apples and pears. Pears have been soooo good lately! I haven't been eating bread lately, but we had a 1/2 a loaf that was getting stale and I didn't want to waste it. I looooove butter, but I spread it around more after this pic.
Ginger tea with turmeric, lemon, and honey. I was feeling under the weather, and this is a great pick me up.
This is the last of my ramen, which I forgot to photograph until the end!! This was our first visit to a new ramen place by us. We have been enjoying it a lot lately, we've been back 2 more times since this! They do have single use chopsticks and paper napkins, so the next time we plan to bring our own!
Next time, I hope I capture all my meals and make my eating adventures even more zero waste.
