If you’re like me, the first day of Spring is a huge relief. It’s not the first day that I start to feel better, but at least I know that feeling is coming soon. This winter was a particularly rough one for me and throughout March my motivation has dipped to zero. Now that the days are getting a little longer, the weather is a little warmer, I’m ready to get back in the groove.
But I’m struggling with how to do that. Where do I start?
